why we are still using facebook ?

Walk on your own terms and on our own culture and social life not the one someone decide for us like Place owned by someone with a very simple objective to propagate Norm and social life according to them so A very bold but no least step to through facebook far away and It's simply a dare to do :)

I will write about new feature like outline some other time by which facebook imposes things on users one after one.

I left facebook because

This is happening because Muslim countries didn’t take some serious steps on shameful acts like drawing cartoons of holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Earlier Facebook members created a group “Draw Muhammad Day” which is officially supported by Facebook. Because they didn’t remove it even after thousands of complaints submitted by Muslim communtiy against that group. In oppose to this they have removed another groups on Holocaust issues created by other Facebook members in replyto Draw cartoons. Facebook administration only stop access to Cartoons pages in few Islamic countries. By doing this, they did open a door for everyone else who keeps bad thoughts for Islam and Muslims. Pakistani government has officially banned Facebook in Pakistan for a few days in march 2010. But closing your eyes from world and let them do anything they want isn’t a proper way to handle problems. I have reported Burn Quran Day group now, I don’t know if Facebook will now change its policy of ignoring Muslims or they keep it like before. May be this group will be removed shortly or simply become not accessible in Muslim countries. However I don’t have any positive hopes from Facebook.

We should look to our selves what we are doing ...what matters to us and how seriously we take things being a nation and ofcourse being a muslim ..and how we react and pretend to things...

Most of things do not matter but being a nation and being a muslim many little things matters alot and obviously we never learned from past this is the only thing we should learn

We should learn from past and obviously past has an impact on Future.
And today plays a vital role for future so in future we should do whats more important to ...And i think there is a world and a potential of us being wasted on such sites which has nothing to do with knowledge.
We should be a much responsible and mature nation our again my point here is we should learn from Past which matters alot.
Above all we should live our lives on our terms means on our religion terms not anyone else will decide our fate for us and we always stay dependent on others.

Alot more in my mind and that all kept me away from this social community .
May be its meaning less to anyone else but for me its everything even its nothing.

What i know and believe when there is a will there is always a way ...so its a way to express emotions to the world and express things with responsibility and not to hurt anyone Its not give up its a way and its a new world and innovation and full of expression .

Fund for affected traders

Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has announced to establish fund to compensate the affected traders of Karachi.
Malik said government would reimburse the losses in every possible way.
Addressing the traders at Karachi Chamber of Commerce, he said the government, philanthropists, business community and overseas Pakistanis will give donations for the Bolton Market Fund.
He announced that 20,000 people will be appointed in Community Police.
Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and MQM leader Dr. Farooq Sattar said attack on Karachi was Pakistan’s 9/11. He urged the nation to unite against terrorism.
Sattar further said MQM would not spare any effort for the restoration of business centers in the city.
Earlier, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said it was not Azadars who torched buildings and vehicles; instead, it was a calculated conspiracy of non-state actors to set ablaze the properties.
He said Investigation team will also have personnel of Intelligence Bureau (IB), Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Business Community.

My opinion about The Tragedy of Bolton Market Karachi

Govt to set up fund for affected traders: Malik

The Tragedy of Bolton Market Karachi

There will never be a report from any agency ever for any incident happened in Pakistan either a murder of leader or government representative etc...
And they never mentioned or either have info of non state actors and they are use to put all on them when they never come with a result or investigation and never learned from any thing because they are all part of this crime and these all crime scene.
What they can do if they can find the murderer of their own leader and even can not pursue a case in their own courts even 2years passed of their own government...
Investigation team
A cabinet
A committee
A panel

Just to get paid and they never reported any thing and they never get to the problem of this countryman where they are just making their life horrible day after day and pushing all on their knees.
This is their Land with no justice land with any rule land with people of dead
Who never protested anything just love their cozy homes and bed and cars and material that make them happy and there is no future for youth but we are surviving and only one power is saving this country that is no double Almighty Allah ..
Point to be worth mentioning: These ministers keep on saying President and PM are above laws. Simply wow ...what creepy mind and what statement they keep on saying all day and we all kept on listening them
We are dead ...

Do you know every minister has his own web portal for their great achievements ...they made for them and to show off...
Did any one have a solution for energy crises, food item problem, security, crimes, justice?
why people cant listen the voice of this common gentle man who is this way or other hit by all all country situation and thats day by day worse and worse and they keep on laughing on all statements ...this is the only country that is last battle field for Muslims and we are sleeping for years they take our east part, Kashmir, Baluchistan, NWFP, SINDH..
What we are waiting for...a question every young person should ask him self every morning
What we are doing with ourselves everyday where we are heading.
We should do have a comparison with other nation as well their past.
Do we have an idea who we are and what we are doing
Do every one have a vision what are we responsible of being Muslim and being Pakistani..
This was all everyone is going through.
We should at least speak about loop holes of us being a responsible person.
And specifically we should appreciate the good deed of a person who sacrificed.
For your kind information Mr. Minister there were many police armed personal more then 40 and people were crushing and hitting fire brigade and they did not bother to move to extinguish fire and waited more then 2 hours to let everything burnt.
Its above nerves when you keep on thinking all

Social Network for Pakistani

Why KatiMati? Why a network for Pakistan?

The answer of this question is obvious, while most of us are here due to a blanket ban by PTA on a popular social networking website, there is much more to this topic. Take me for example, at the moment I am not in Pakistan, even if I am, I am too much of a techie that I would immediately have found a work-around like BBC and other western news networks immediately started suggesting that people will. But what you see after a poll on popular Pakistani website propakistani.com? 73% do not want that social network again in their lives. This is on principle, it is not a political ban.

Yes we all have buddies on it, our pictures and that was too much of a fun but our Prophet (SAW) is by no doubt greater than anything, even above our families, even above ourselves and when you take that as a freedom of speech and you ban other groups which are against another religion for propagating hate speech? Where is your freedom of speech then?

Why a social network and why Pakistan?

A social network on this scale is a very expensive operation to run at the first place rather something of profit. Popular social networks like Facebook and Twitter are still not in profit. They take a lot of effort to be built but more effort is required to run them, they eat up a lot of resources. Take KatiMati, for the first 4 days, with just 100 users, it eaten up 1.6Gigs of bandwidth and here we are not counting the strain on server. As it will grow inshAllah we would get more resources but the benefit for us is really that we know the means of getting financial help to run it. It is not just for Pakistani people, this is just for the start as we target a niche market, this website would be for Muslims all around the world as we lead them through technological advancement too, so that no one can play with other emotions again. We spread the message of freedom of speech, respect for privacy and every what not terms west has invented but we don't allow anyone to offend anyone else by directly persuading a attack on their faith and their emotions by any means and by using any words.

Here are some success stories which originated from my country and which made me proud:

1- Mixit (a trading platform which is in use on the floor of New York stock exchange and facilitates the trade of billions of dollars daily.)
2- Netsol (37 million a year turnover, listed in NASDAQ and KSE)
3- TRG (This company owns more than 500 companies in USA and all of their business process management (BPO) is being done in Pakistan.)
4- Cricket Revolution (Lahore based cricket game available world-wide, a friend of mine work in there and they spent 2 years making this game and it is a success)

Why not our own social network then?

As said earlier, it takes a lot of investment and resources to be built and run but the time is here that Pakistan should really come up with its own brands and own flagship websites which do not necessarily target local market but international as well.

The aim is to take at least 100 thousand people for the start, (Facebook has 3.3 million users from Pakistan, all of them young and college/university educated) and then from there onwards we march through to other communities.

Salman Habib
really got me worried when he proposed this network website as I made a social network on the same domain 4 years ago, I knew what it takes but after few days, the whole fear has really sinked-in, I am every bit into this project, I know a pay day from here will be years away but until then my love for my country and religion will keep me going!

And there is only thing I want to say to all users on KatiMati, we are here and we are here for good! and we would need your help to promote this network. Get your buddies over here, there is a feedback group, you can ask for features, report bugs and I promise you, this is just the first hint of things you are experiencing, there is a lot more up in my head, if you all are with me, together we will make this website more fun and more usable than any other social network and that exactly is our aim!
