Where is Hijab/Perda in Pakistan media and what we are following now-a-days ?

Pakistan electronic media:

PTV and all cable operator and their role: Once upon a time we use to watch TV in 1990, 15-30 minutes for cartoons in old times. Technology kept on evolving and traveled from one country to another. Hence it reached to our country. Today roughly more than 200 Cables channels are broadcasted in Pakistan apart of that PTV once we are use to watch in old ages :) . Today when i watch TV i seldom watch a girl in any channel covering her head either an anchor or actor or any role playing. I get worried over this state of us because its us who forgot our own norms and culture. Day after day we are following people who are in a sense deaf to religion and following a blind faith and unknown-Path. Well a real sketch of this whole situation can be portrait-ed as follows: They invaded us with technology and we were never aware of his odds and evens, we given our time and our money and healths. It's not an end of the story after few years we adopted those hidden changes and then starting modifying our culture and norms, Still it was not worst. A time came when this media start hurting our religion as the ultimate objective was obviously religion. And they played this game very well. It took some time and after two to three decades there efforts became fruitful. Today we realized all and we can easily see and understand their plans for our future generations as we for us.

They are using all electronic media even our own people, media, blogs, websites etc. Need of hour is to strengthen our roots from this media invasion and bring changes from personal level to national level. We should participate for the growth of our nations either in education or technical fields. We should keep us away away from an objective less efforts for hollow believes.

I tried writing many times but most of the time i seen people not talking about it as we are part of a system. We do speak about all wrongs or right aspects but do not pin point the source of all evils. Keep this a hot topic for all medium of communication and channels and papers how to bring our culture back to our media and how make people comfortable with our religion and culture. and how to make people understand the reality of life and how to make people realize that there should not be any difference between what you say and do and what you preach and practice all day. This is a matter of responsibility for everyone even an educated person or person with no education. and obviously every tine effort is an input and it make difference so think, speak and finally start acting.

Don't you see , Don't you think, Don't you plan ...!!!!

This is nothing a bigger thing to do to speak about something and put your comments or discuss about things and do read books with knowledge and make it a habit and give it to your new generation as much you can.

Please boys low down your gaze and girls start covering your self and acting as you should and as per religion and our faith. This media will make you a residence of hell one day if you kept on following it and practicing like people acting on it. Please try to solve this riddle and disclose this dilemma of devil. and do question yourself when you do something along the way and make a right choice not by seeing others but from mind and obviously consult Our Holy Quran and sunnah(Hadith).

3) Failure to finish:

Once you reached a distinct state near to success but unable to finish as you do not know how long you need to go and which direction.

To meet an aim and target very deliberately use of media in every part of world. and they are successful for masses.

Part I

We need to workout on our attitude and our culture. Utmost the education and knowledge and religion. Hopefully for future we will sacrifice our today. For any nation to be a nation they have to sacrifice their today to be a nation in future and make life easy for future generations. Obviously when we work for this life we will also work for hereafter. The first step is start thinking and i think our nation is working on first step that they start thinking why and why this all is happening around and this will take us to learn religion and world and make things easy. Hence forth it will un-cover the rumors and controversies prevailed by our of the cloud of electronic media.

Well one more thing while watching history and cultures of previous civilization: there is always good and bad, human being always by subconscious know and can differ between right and wrong.

Wars are waged for thrones,resources and obviously on the name of religion or believe/faith.

Fortunately we are blessed with a Holy Quran which has truths and disclosing everything coming in our way as well all things happened with civilization or people in past.

In all times humanity faced such powers/people with believes like Pharaohs/Spartans/Illuminates etc with believes to rule the world as they are born to rule the world and never imagine they way human being created and how transitory nature life has. But truth disclose the past and remaining of those people and their civilizations are spread on planet earth and make it clear there was and there will be no rule but. Rule and authority of Almighty Allah.

Part IV

One more thing we or i will say I/We forgot: we do not think about source of information around us in most cases like what all media doing around and who owns it and who deliberately spreading wrong and biased information.

Part V

Supremacy of Judiciary/Law is the need of hour and in all times it will remain. In all walks of a political or a democratic system this is the law to keep it above all. This is the only system which will be supreme and it will keep every walk of a system tight and on right track. If in Pakistan this one department will start working as it should ,while exit the Law made by east India company or any other law which is non Islamic in an Islamic country I and everyone can guarantee: may be it will take few years i will say the world will divert and world all economy flow will be diverted to Pakistan . Economy and law are notions of prosperity of a nation.

Afflictions and protection from them

Allah's Apostle said, "There will be afflictions (in the near future) during which a sitting person will be better than a standing one, and the standing one will be better than the walking one, and the walking one will be better than the running one, and whoever will expose himself to these afflictions, they will destroy him. So whoever can find a place of protection or refuge from them, should take shelter in it."

Now what does it mean by a resident? A resident is one who stays at a place permanently. How does one make themselves a resident of this world? They do so by considering it to be their ultimate home. By thinking they will live in this world forever.

On the other hand a traveler is one who is going through a transitory phase to reach their destination.
Imagine you are on a road trip to a distant far off place, and you stop somewhere to fuel up, do you unload all your belongings there? Of course not! You would not unload your belongings until you reach your destination.
Similar is the life of a believer. Their worldly life is like a simple road trip, they fuel up good deeds so that they may reach their ultimate destination - Jannah! Believers don’t consider this world to be their final destination; rather they are “strangers” in this world!
You decide whether this world is your residence or just a place to fuel up!

And promote talented people and bringing positive changes for the betterment of the society and adopting and bringing emerging technology to the country and common man and for these all they should have a plan to eradicate ignorance from this society and provide education at the same level in the rest of country and same education system should be adopted so that in future a fully equipped and educated nation raises and they can take this country to the climax/zenith of prosperity and humanity and pride for Muslims by learning Holy Book and Book of revealing all secrets of universe by the Creator Allah.

Crossing limits

A dilemma i unfolded ...a secret i disclosed ...

I run fast and faster to cross the limit ...i won few hundred meters i had awards ... I tried to swim i stayed un-breath ...i kept listening the opposite of noise for hours and broken my own records ... I do not know the lyrics but i know to sung ... I stayed hungry for days to cross the limit ...but this limit never approached ....my finding is all my approach were heading to wrong limits ...humanity ....life and existence of everything is blissfully cherished in limits ...day and night ...happiness and cry ... I realized the limits on all horizon ... Life within four walls and out of four walls ...life in my land and the life not lived in my land ...when its bosom in limits its source of happiness ...its emerges knowledge ..it leads to wisdom ...

Stress management: Identify your sources of stress

Your response to the demands of the world determines your stress level. Take time to consider common stressors and how they affect you.

Understanding the types and sources of stress — big and small, short-term and long-term, internal and external — is an important part of stress management. So what stresses you out?

Two main types of stress

Stress is your body's reaction to the demands of the world. Stressors are events or conditions in your surroundings that may trigger stress. Your body responds to stressors differently depending on whether the stressor is new — acute stress — or whether the stressor has been around for a longer time — chronic stress.

Acute stress

Also known as the fight-or-flight response, acute stress is your body's immediate reaction to a significant threat, challenge or scare. The acute-stress response is immediate and intense, and in certain circumstances it can be thrilling. Examples of acute stressors include a job interview, a fender bender or an exhilarating ski run.
A single episode of acute stress generally doesn't cause problems for healthy people. However, severe acute stress can cause mental health problems, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, and even physical difficulties such as a heart attack.

Chronic stress

Mild acute stress can actually be beneficial — it can spur you into action, motivate and energize you. The problem occurs when acute stressors pile up and stick around. This persistent stress can lead to health problems, such as headaches and insomnia. The chronic-stress response is much more subtle than is the acute-stress response, but the effects may be longer lasting and more problematic.
Effective stress management involves identifying and managing both acute and chronic stress.

Know your stressors

Effective stress management starts with identifying your sources of stress and developing strategies to manage them. One way to do this is to make a list of the situations, concerns or challenges that trigger your stress response. Take a moment to write down the top 10 issues you're facing right now. You'll notice that some of your stressors are events that happen to you while others seem to originate from within.

External exasperations

External stressors are events and situations that happen to you. Some examples of external stressors include:

• Major life changes. These changes can be positive — a new marriage, a planned pregnancy, a promotion or a new house. Or they can be negative — the death of a loved one or a divorce.
• Environment. The input from the world around us can be a source of stress. Consider how you react to noises, such as a barking dog, or to too much or too little light in a room.
• Unpredictable events. Out of the blue, uninvited houseguests arrive. Or you discover your rent has gone up or that your pay has been cut.
• Family. The occasional spousal spat, a teenager who refuses to cooperate or a nagging mother-in-law can all contribute to stress.
• Workplace. Common stressors at work include an impossible workload, urgent deadlines and a demanding boss.
• Social. Just think about going on a blind date and you probably start to sweat.

Strategies to manage external stressors include lifestyle factors such as eating a healthy diet, being physically active and getting enough sleep — which help boost your resiliency. Other helpful steps include asking for help from others, using humor, learning to be assertive, and practicing problem solving and time management.

Internal irritations

Not all stress stems from things that happen to you. Much of our stress response is self-induced. Those feelings and thoughts that pop into your head and cause you unrest are known as internal stressors. Examples of internal stressors include:

• Fears. Common ones include fear of flying, fear of heights and fear of public speaking.
• Uncertainty. Few people enjoy not knowing what might happen. Think about how you might react when waiting for the results of a medical test.
• Beliefs. These might be attitudes, opinions or expectations. You may not even think about how your beliefs shape your experience, but these preset thoughts often set us up for stress. Consider the expectations you put on yourself to create a perfect holiday celebration or advance up the career ladder.

The good news is that we have the ability to control our thoughts. The bad news is that our fears, attitudes and expectations have been our companions for a long time and it often takes some effort to change them. Strategies to manage internal stressors include reframing your thoughts, challenging negative thoughts, using relaxation techniques, and talking with a trusted friend or counselor.

Take the first step

Recognizing a problem is the first step toward solving it. By beginning to identify and understand the sources of your stress, you've taken the first step in learning to better manage it. Manage it, not eliminate it. Stress is a fact of life. And that's OK. You can handle it.

Ahhh chakh disgusting...500+ comments and almost all are abusive and cheap. On Face book usually pages upload or share videos of public personalities film actors or politicians about their personal life and actions, indeed things of no importance at all, and fans start passing nonstop comments. 
In fact writing on this topic (that Judging People is wrong) and thus I am doing so (Judging Other), when I am writing about this we shouldn't judge others, and myself feeling hypocrite, because I am also practicing the same thing that I am condemning in others.

Why we feel itch to comment on the all things, why we are all guilty of occasionally jumping to conclusions about people??? Now-a-days judging others, criticizing and backbiting have become habit of us and unfortunately, we all do it and about all things, big and small, we judge others. Their actions, choices, behaviors, relationships, likes and dislikes and even their personalities, all time ready for judgment. This is mainly due to the influence of self loving, we consider our self 'A Right Man' who never do anything wrong so has right to judge others so the act of judgment is an act of pride. Or we judge and make fun of others to cover up our insecurities. Thus by doing this we as human beings feel better about ourselves. Not only we judge people but also be critical of things around us, the condition of the weather, political matters, the taste of your food, a television program - at every moment of the day.
Judging people for the wrong reasons, like how they look, or what their interests are, then we are simply being closed minded. We suppose them a person as inferior, or wrong, or stupid.

Obviously, this is difficult to control our self to involve in this bad habit but with some practice, attention and a desire to eliminate it we will stop doing this. In step we should refrain passing hurtful comments, because verbal attacks hurt others directly.

The old saying, "If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything!" is a perfect thing to apply here.

Secondly we should have default assumption about other people in every matter is that they are free of blame. Otherwise having negative assumptions will create negative thoughts inside you. What’s needed is to learn to see the good side. Islam demands fairness and impartiality when it comes to judging others. In Islam it is forbidden to base a judgment against someone on hearsay, conjecture or suspicion.

It's better we should change our response, by making it helpful, instead of a problem for someone or yourself. For any judgment situation
we should heed how will we make our comments helpful and useful. Look for ways to change the situation for the better. After all offering a helping hand is much better than
criticizing and discouraging. so make an effort and look for actions instead of wrongly assuming its a personality and look for ways to offer help instead of criticism.

And a most important point to remember is that "we don't have the right to say someone is right or wrong. Only God, who knows each individual's heart, can make final judgments of individuals."

No one really likes to be judged and so eliminating this from your own actions will improve your life and relationships!

Good And Evil

Every morning a woman baked Chapati,for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She would always place the extra Chapati on the windowsill, for whosoever needed to eat it.

She noticed a hunchback came every day and took the extra Chapati. Instead of expressing gratitude, he would muttered the following words as he went on his way: "The evil you do remains with you. The good you do, comes back to you!"

This went on day after day after day. The woman felt very irritated. "Not a word of gratitude," she said to herself. "Every day this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean? "

One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. "I shall get rid of this hunchback," she said.

And what did she do? She added poison to the Chapati she prepared for him!

As she was about to place it on the windowsill, her hands trembled. "What is this I am doing?" she said. Immediately, she threw his Chapati into the fire, prepared another one and put it on the sill.

As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the Chapati and muttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you. The good you do, comes back to you!"

The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman.

Every day, as the woman placed the Chapati on the windowsill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months she had no news of him and she always prayed for his safe return.

That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak.

Looking at his mother he said, "Mom, it's a miracle I'm here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged him for a morsel of food and he was kind enough to give me a whole Chapati."

"When he gave it to me, he said, 'This is what I eat every day. Today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!'"

As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale. She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned Chapati that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son and he would have lost his life!

It was then that she realized the significance of the words: "The evil you do remains with you. The good you do, comes back to you!"

Moral of the story: Do good and don't ever stop doing good, even if it's not appreciated at that time.

Thoughtful

You know about masses and what they want just sit and see the updates on all profiles/walls and you will be aware what all everybody want ... !!!

Our collective positive and virtues are so less then other things ...

Above all platform do matters for any thing to do like Facebook also part of that corrupt system ... Meanwhile m not disappointed but i know nothing will change unless individual acts are purely good and nations has to follow religion and encircle all deeds/acts to System of Allah Almighty ...

The way we think is also molted by the media you will not accept this all but its all truth ... sometimes you come at point where you cant manage what to do and what no to do ... Honestly see on all walks of life and you realize not a single department is purely the way it should be ... But as part of believe if something bad is going on you have three ways either to stop it by force or by speak and last stage to understand its bad so according to me :may be m wrong : we are standing and analyzing on last stage we understand/think this and that is wrong ...

Life is an exam so just go through it as a struggle you can put, just do it and do it clean and things will be good to you or other way you will be rewarded in hereafter ...Few things i like to add here in history of mankind there are two ways: Good and bad , m sure everyone knows the path of virtue/good has been adopted in all time by small group of people and always they were known/famous in history: Its the only point on has to understand You have to be good no matters what awam/public is doing : Just always care to strengthen you believe on what you haven't seen ...

Its just a way to think ...

A way to think

To work for future is getting more meaningful than work for present, as per know great loss of knowledge is by keeping us away from our heritage to learn and to seek knowledge as its inheritance of Muslim. Focal for our all thinking is not it should be …the fear of future the fear of present and to worry for the things they are not yet arrived as the teaching of religion is making many concepts transparent and it do not need a media presentation but still many hallmarks are identifiable to be followed for the betterment of our generation. For a nation utmost obligation what they delivering to the successor by meaning of knowledge for that a wise and enrich culture required. Indulgence for knowledge and seek for knowledge was basics for the repute of Muslims a time ago.

To identify causes of problems and comes not always with solution but with a constant effort and a positive approach. Second thought is always meaningful and useful so never ignore it.

V have destroyed harmony of nature by all means ...

We are Muslims but we reduce Islamic syllabus and left with limited content of Islam we are Pakistani but we changed subject from Pakistan studies to social studies ... our national language is Urdu but we think its crap ...

We live a life even far away from religion even do not follow the basic preaching, we even forgot the concept of brotherhood, justice, sacrifice and patience. Even our culture glimpse is far away from Islamic culture . Even we forgot why and how many and much sacrifices lead to this country for Muslims with Muslim values and norms to be observed and followed. Even Islamic culture and values are enrich from any other religion as Islamic rule covered the whole world and Islam emphasizes on seek the knowledge from cradle to grave and its obligatory to every Muslim . We forgot all lessons history taught us and according to me human being only realizes for importance of anything when he lost it ... Need of hour is to basic understanding of religion and being Pakistani realize the responsibility of atomic power to be source of inspiration for other as well to be a role model/benchmark for others.

Few questions remain un answered in my mind always

Why we can't deploy same education in all country ?

Why and who shallow our roots by reducing Pakistan studies subject from early education as well reducing Islamic subject and ironically reducing Islamic basic preaching of Islam. Which friend altering our education syllabus and why we are so fool helping others to making our nation deaf and dump ?

Why telecoms operators made calls so cheap at mid night ?and to destroy rest generation ...

It seems we have no interest to protect our new generation and we are killing them physically as well mentally , we have no control on our media for this have a look to Cable operators and do have a look what they are spreading and how deeply it get penetrated in our social systems , we are breeding a nation with slave mind and socially confuse and infected with verity of social values but far away from Islamic values and heritage ..

In this critical time if i can see only one department which is working honestly for the betterment of this nation a little is judiciary specially Lahore high court but their few acts were confused like facebook blockage in all country but i think it should take it internationally and file a case against facebook which violated their terms and conditions as well many user privacy concerns and they shared user information to third party without user permissions for business purpose.

My only question to us, why we are so puppet why so deaf and dumb and whats more important to us, our religion or so called social networking ?

Will we define our social norms and values for us or we will follow like facebook CEO mark said " now we are social norms " so decision is yours

Why we do not think for the consequences of our deeds socially, personally as always our role is a spectator apart from getting closer it seems we are going away day by day and one day we will be no more a nation ..

All agencies are successful in their agendas for Pakistan but do we have any agenda or policy or roadmap for us or our nation or next generation?

Can we be a nation?

Can we be saver of Islam?

Can we be hallmark for others as a professional and deep rooted nation ?

My answer is always yes ...because if i can think and express then their will be million of people with the passion for Pakistan and Islam.
