Joining Any Profession

Rule and role is same in all profession for dress code or work ethics or environment. All jobs and employments. either a bank or police or justice department : Rule is same as well the dressings or way to communicate to people.

Muslim women have to be in Media so it can rectify the Media with her presence. Look People make a society and culture so when good people stop joining somewhere that place will be filled with Filth and you can see whats going on . This evil and filth have to be stopped by people when they will join them and start working and propagating and populating their ways and values and culture and norms and standards. But with patience and very slowly as this disease taken years to propagate and grown so does the remedy need a time. Its very similar to Start of Islam in Arab. Women must join it but first women need to understand Purpose. When they are very clear of the purpose eventually they will be directed to the path of the choice from that purpose.

My Opinion is they must join and with their action they have to change this culture which is imposed on us and with patience as you do not need to collide with them at first place and with honor and respect , work with honesty, hard work and make your place and make yourself their weakness and rule them with hard work and eventually one day you will be their to lead them and decide the norms and culture but very first decide why you want to join this profession. If for good and Islam than you know and how you have to move on :)

You should be very clear of your purpose. Once you are clear you wont see any difficulty joining any profession. Clear this thing right in heart before taking a single step or even thinking about that.

No one can stop you from offering prayer
No one will stop you cover you or dress with your selection.
All you need to equip you with hard work and honest and develop work ethics and norm in that environment as environments are develop by people. so Go Ahead with Theme of change.

Conditions of Muslim Dress Code

Clothing must cover the entire body, only the hands and face may remain visible (According to some Fiqh Schools).
The material must not be so thin that one can see through it.
The clothing must hang loose so that the shape of the body is not apparent.
The female clothing must not resemble the man's clothing.
The design of the clothing must not resemble the clothing of the non-believing women.
The design must not consist of bold designs which attract attention.
Clothing should not be worn for the sole purpose of gaining reputation or increasing one's status in society.
The reason for this strictness is so that the woman is protected from the lustful gaze of men. She should not attract attention to herself in any way. It is permissible for a man to catch the eye of a woman, however it is haram (unlawful) for a man to look twice as this encourages lustful thoughts.

Islam protects the woman; it is for this reason that Allah gave these laws. In today's society womankind is being exploited, female sexuality is being openly used in advertising, mainly to attract the desires of men and therefore sell the product. Is the woman really free in today's society?

The answer is obviously no. The constant bombardment by the media as to how the ideal woman should look and dress testifies to this.

Islam liberated woman over 1400 years ago. Is it better to dress according to man or God?
Allah has stated in the Quran that women must guard their modesty.

" Say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty ; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what must ordinarily appear thereof. " [Quran : 24.31]
" Say to the believing man that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty ; that will make for greater purity for them, and God is well acquainted with all they do. " [Quran : 24.30]

Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

24:30

Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do.
